The Rollout
This is how I turned 100 meeting notes into 70,000 views.
Every call I have gets recorded. Claude reads the notes, finds the stories worth telling, writes this newsletter and scripts the Reels. Higgsfield makes the video. Metricool posts it everywhere. Then the numbers come back and shape the next one.
No editor, no content team. About two hours of my time a week.
Watch it first. Then I’ll walk you through each step. Every prompt is in one doc further down.

THE VIDEO
This Reel got 43,793 views. Claude made it.
In the video I go through the workflow and the real numbers, then open the actual Claude session where the Westpac Reel was made: picking the story, writing the script, the voice, the shots, the edit, and scheduling it.
THE WORKFLOW
Five steps, one loop

1. Record. Every call gets recorded and transcribed. I use Notion’s AI meeting notes, and Granola or Fireflies do the same job. My best stories don’t come from sitting down to write. They come from what clients ask me on calls.
2. Write. Claude reads the notes and the news I follow, and gives me five story ideas. I pick one. It researches it, checks every number against the original source, and drafts the issue straight into Beehiiv. I edit it and press send.
3. Make. The same story becomes a 50-second Reel script. Once I approve the script, Claude makes it in Higgsfield: an ElevenLabs voice, images, then short animated clips. Then it edits the whole thing together with code. No editing app. Want to try it? Use Higgsfield here (affiliate link, I get a small cut if you sign up).
4. Post. Claude schedules it through Metricool to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, each at its best time.
5. Measure. Once a week, Claude pulls the numbers from Metricool and Beehiiv, works out what worked and why, and saves the lessons. They go into the next script.
Every prompt I use, one per step, is in one doc. Copy them into Claude Code and change the bits in brackets.
THE NUMBERS
One Reel did 71% of the views

Six weeks in: 12 Reels, posted about 42 times across four platforms, and 70,000 views on Instagram in the last 30 days.

Instagram over the last 30 days, in Metricool.
Look at where the views came from, though. One Reel, Westpac, did 43,793 of them. A typical Reel does about 550.

The Westpac Reel’s insights. 705 follows and 142 clicks on the link in my bio.
Westpac is a name every Australian knows, and the Reel had a dollar figure people wanted to argue with: a job their Chief AI Officer said would typically cost low seven figures, done for about US$12,000 in tokens. People shared it 549 times, and the shares took it to people who had never heard of The Rollout.

96.6% of views came from people who don’t follow us yet.
Takeaway: expect one Reel a month to do most of the work. Keep posting anyway. The others still bring followers and link clicks.
THE PART THAT PAYS
90 subscribers I didn’t pay for
This is the number I care about most. 90 people have subscribed straight from the link in my Instagram bio, 78 of them in the last four weeks.

Sign-ups in the week the Westpac Reel went out. Instagram brought 46% of them.
I didn’t pay for any of them, and every one is someone I can now email every week. One person even shared the Westpac Reel inside a big company, and it turned into a booked call.
If you found The Rollout through a Reel: hello, and thanks for sticking around.
WHAT DIDN’T WORK
The bits that flopped
Most Reels are small. My Xero Reel named a company and led with a number, and it got 320 views.
Claude got a fact wrong early. It merged two separate Telstra announcements into one because it trusted a search summary. Now every number goes back to the original document.
The first Westpac cut had a glitchy voice. A step that trimmed the pauses was cutting into words. It took a few versions to get right.
Half the meeting notes are junk. Claude filters them, but picking the story is still my job.
Generated footage matters less than I thought. In my ads, screen recordings of Claude working got about 9% click-through. Scripted and mock-up ones got 2 to 5%.
START WITH ONE
What I’d do this week
Don’t build all five steps. Start with the first one.
Record your calls for a week. Ask first.
On Friday, run the first prompt: ask Claude for the five best stories in your meeting notes.
Turn one into a LinkedIn post or an email. Leave video for later.
Once that’s a habit, add the Reel.
One story, one post, one week. The video can wait.
KEEPING IT SAFE
What I’d tell a client
Ask before you record. Most people say yes when you tell them it’s for your notes.
Keep client names out unless they say yes. Claude can tell the story as “a bookkeeper with ten clients”.
Nothing posts without you. Approve the script before any audio gets made, and check the drafts before they go out.
Label AI voices where the platform asks. TikTok does.
Numbers: Instagram insights, Metricool and Beehiiv, 12 Sep to 24 Oct 2026. Westpac figure: iTnews, 18 Sep 2026. Tools: Claude Code, Notion AI meeting notes, Higgsfield (affiliate link), ElevenLabs, Metricool, Beehiiv.
